SGH payment portal tips & information
The SGH Payment Portal offers a convenient way to make one-time or recurring payments directly from your checking or savings account. Credit card payments are not accepted at this time.
Payments are credited to your account immediately and finish processing within two to three business days. If a payment needs to be canceled, it must be done on the same day it is submitted.
Setting up a payment account
To enter your banking information:
Click My Payments on the left-hand menu.
Select Payment Accounts.
Click Add Payment Account.
Enter your account and billing information.
Tip: Use an account nickname that’s easy to identify your account - you’ll use it when scheduling payments.
Click Save.
Scheduling Recurring payments
To set up automatic payments:
Click My Payments on the left-hand menu.
Select Schedule Recurring Payment.
Choose your payment method (based on the nickname you created).
Enter the payment amount. (This should match your condo fee. The $2.00 fee will be added automatically in a later step)
Select the frequency (e.g., monthly).
Choose a start date.
The end date is optional - leave it blank for ongoing payments.
Click Submit, review the total payment amount including the transaction
fee, then click Save.
Important: Recurring payments are set to a fixed amount. They will not adjust automatically if there are additional invoices, charges, or fee increases.

While we encourage owners to use the SGH Portal to help ensure payments are received securely and on time, use of the portal is optional. If you prefer, you may mail checks to:

Billpay reminders
If you’re using your bank’s BillPay system, keep in mind: Funds are often withdrawn before the check arrives at our office. The delivery date provided by your bank is only an estimate, not a guarantee.
